Age Requirement — 21+ Only: Access to airoplay is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 21. We are required by PAGCOR to verify the age and identity of all registered players. Players found to be underage will have their accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited in accordance with regulatory requirements.
airoplay employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures consistent with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering and responsible gaming requirements. All players are required to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document — such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, or driver's license — before any withdrawal may be processed. airoplay reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation at any time.
Each individual may register only one (1) player account on the airoplay Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, KYC requirements, or for any other reason, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. airoplay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your airoplay login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify airoplay immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. airoplay will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, Facebook Messenger, or Viber. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access shall be your sole responsibility.
airoplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) through PAGCOR-approved payment channels, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed, and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation. airoplay does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency.
Withdrawal requests will be processed only after successful completion of KYC verification. airoplay aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, which vary by payment method. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in the name of the account holder.
Anti-Money Laundering: airoplay is required by law to comply with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR's AML guidelines. Transactions that appear unusual or inconsistent with a player's stated profile may be subject to enhanced scrutiny, reporting obligations, or temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities pending review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the airoplay Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances, as well as potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the airoplay Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of airoplay or its duly licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from airoplay. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any license or right to use any intellectual property displayed on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, airoplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
airoplay does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or disruptions to Philippine internet infrastructure may temporarily affect Platform availability. airoplay will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.
Gambling Risk Disclosure: Gambling involves risk and there is no guarantee of winning. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. Past game outcomes do not predict or guarantee future results.
airoplay reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
